Frances Lindsay, Senior Partner
Frances Lindsay is a qualified solicitor, member of Resolution, Mediator, Collaborative Lawyer and Arbitrator. You can find more information about these organisations in our Useful Links section.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Frances took some time to get married, have a few children and work as a software trainer in the days when computers were coal-fired. She then worked as a head hunter in the financial sector before getting a divorce. Still en-route to her legal qualification, she re-married and had a few more children. Not only does Frances have many years’ experience as a family lawyer, she also possesses first hand experience of the stress of divorce and of being a single, working parent in a tough world. And in case you think all this has put her off marriage for ever, Frances is pleased to say that she took the plunge again in June 2007. Frances did drive a sensible blue Mini Cooper S but now has something a little more sporty.
Martin Lambert
I have been a qualified solicitor since 1991. I have undertaken work in most areas of law during this time but have specialized in Divorce and Family Law.
I am originally from Maidenhead. However, I have in recent years worked around the South of England. I returned to Maidenhead in February 2020.
My specialist areas of law are divorce, the financial aspects of divorce, separating unmarried couples and the division of their property, Children law which is primarily child arrangements with each parent and also applications by a parent for maintenance or property from the other parent even if unmarried.
I know the area very well having spent most of my life and career in Berkshire. I can be contacted anytime from 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
